Order processing
Orders are processed immediately after they have been confirmed within the warehouse's opening hours, which are from 9.00 to 19.00.
If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours by the retailer with relevant information about it.
Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer once payment has been confirmed
Payment methods
For purchases made in the online shop, payment must be made by bank transfer.
Products viewed in the online shop that are in stock can also be purchased in our physical shop by paying by cash or ATM.
Cancellations
proxira reserves the right to cancel orders that have not received confirmation of payment after 48 hours and to put the items involved back into stock.
Once Proxira has started processing an order, it cannot be cancelled.
For orders where errors occur that are directly attributable to Proxira, the customer will receive the correct new order at no extra cost to the original order.
In the event of errors in orders for which the customer is responsible, no refund of postage will be possible.
Pricing Policy
All prices indicated in the proxira.pt online shop do not include VAT at the legal rate in force.
