Warranty

The aim of Proxira - Online Tool Shop is the maximum satisfaction of customers and users of the machines and tools we sell. These are carefully tested and inspected by the manufacturer, guaranteeing quality end products. However, all of these products are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee against any defects in construction or operation that are not due to wear and tear from normal use or overloading due to abuse or careless use.

Warranty validity

The equipment commercialised is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies according to the manufacturer in question and specific legislation. This covers all components, parts and labour necessary for the repair.

The guarantee applies when there are construction defects or defective components that will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer's qualified technicians free of charge.

Transport costs will be borne by the customer until it is established that the situation is covered by the guarantee, after which the amount will be returned to the customer if all the conditions are met.

Exclusions

It is excluded from the guarantee:

• All faults arising from misuse or user negligence
• Claims or damage caused by faulty or illegal electrical installation
• Wear parts or components
• Maintenance
• Breakdowns caused by repairs by unauthorised technicians or third-party services
• Improper use
• Use of unauthorised tools or unsuitable accessories
• Damage resulting from the action of third parties or foreign bodies
• Failure to comply with operating or maintenance instructions
• Normal deterioration due to normal use
• All products on sale

Cancellation of Guarantee

The guarantee is automatically cancelled:

• If the item is not accompanied by the purchase invoice, the only document recognised as proof of the guarantee
• If the item has been repaired by unauthorised technicians or third party services
• Whenever the item is received at our premises in poor condition
• Whenever components or parts other than the original equipment have been applied
• Whenever the article has been altered in its original form
